Starting today, travelers will have to fill out a digital form to enter or leave the Dominican Republic

Dominican Republic. – The president of the Civil Aviation Board (JAC), José E. Marte Piantini, reminded all air transport users that as of September 1, the implementation of the Digital Entry and Exit Form will begin to streamline processes in obtaining data at all airports in the country.

Marte Piantini recalled that from today it will be mandatory, the digital filling of the single form for the entry and exit of the country of all travelers.

The e-ticket that passengers must fill out will be available permanently and free of charge on the website of the General Directorate of Migration: www. eticket.migracion.gob.do.

This modality will replace the filling of all the physical forms that are required to date, and may be completed in the English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and German languages; as part of the changes in facilitation for air transport users that are promoted in the administration of the President of the Republic Luis Abinader.

In the single form (e-ticket), in addition to the migration information, it will also serve to complete the information requested by the General Directorate of Customs and by the Ministry of Public Health.

The implementation of this new system will make the country’s airports work in a more agile and timely manner, to streamline the traffic of users of air transport services, and avoid less contact with passengers.

The JAC, through Resolution 178-2021, required national and foreign airlines to strictly comply with it.
